Arrival Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms, change, and fully prepare for your experience.
Late Arrival We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session to maintain our schedule. If you anticipate being late, please call ahead, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, no refunds or extensions can be offered for late arrivals.
Cancellation To honor both our therapists and other clients, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
No-Show Policy While we understand life’s unexpected events, we ask that you notify us if you cannot attend your appointment. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be blocked from future bookings.
Scope of Practice As licensed professionals, we are committed to providing the highest level of care. However, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and may refer you to a medical doctor if needed.
Respect for Your Boundaries Your comfort is our priority. Feel free to request any adjustments to pressure, temperature, or music throughout your session. You are welcome to remain fully clothed if preferred, and you may stop or modify the session within the first 15 minutes without charge. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session.
Medical Conditions Please inform us of any current medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy. We offer prenatal massage only after the first trimester.
Minors To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our spa, we ask that minors not accompany you. We will provide massage services to clients aged 16 or under with written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present throughout the session.
Valuables For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store, are non-refundable, and must be presented at the time of service. Unfortunately, lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
